practicing balance every day!
Join us at the Rice Lake
Senior Center
12 W Humbird St
on Friday mornings
in the stage room from 8:30 -9:30am
for Yoga balancing, stretching, waking up tired muscles after a good nights sleep and relaxation.
Afterward we will have a PILATES class at 9:45am in the Memorial Room
to help our 'Power House' (mid-section) firm up!
On Monday afternoons at 4:45 pm we will practice more Yoga for
Relaxation ---use your punch card!
