PRACTICE YOGA EVERY DAY TO FEEL GREAT FROM THE ‘INSIDE~OUT’!
Baby Pose is when you are in a supine position and lift your legs up in the air
grabbing towards your feet like Benjamin is doing here. This movement helps strengthen the abdominals, stretch the hamstrings behind your legs, massages your internal organs and much more! This is just one of many beneficial yoga poses.
Practicing Yoga is all about Union of your Body, Mind, Soul, Heart and Breath. Yoga offers students of any age a way to manage stress and increase flexibility.
Many poses one practices can teach how the thoughts about yourself and your environment influence how you feel. When parents and friends move along with the child or friend, each of them can be a part of a broader effort to create more child or family-centered surroundings. Yoga brings a sense of self-assurance and is a good way to help grow gracefully—whether a boy or a girl. Movements that stretch your body help one stretch into the day during transition times. At first it may be difficult to link the breaths with the movements and be barefoot connecting to the earth, but once the practice becomes comfortable, it becomes a habit of wanting to ‘feel this oneness with yourself’.
Enjoy~~~ listen to your body, and be patient with yourself and others. Never do anything that hurts and ask your doctor if you have questions concerning your health.
