BREATHE~~~~Relax~~~~Place your hands on your chest and feel
it rise as you inhale, and slowly exhale being aware of
your chest falling as you release tension on the exhalation.
Ahhhhhh~~~BREATHE~~~Relax~~~and let go~~~
Do this 3 times for a 'mini relaxation' for YOU~~~
