Practices
Using BREATH

Inhale for four counts
hold for three counts
exhale slowly for five counts
and allow your body to sink and
release toward your support beneath you

Practice this for a few minutes or
five times and notice how you feel
when you are finished

Just sit and be aware of your sensations
the sensations around you
